Another "Z fold" Card

Hi Everyone!

Right now I'm taking a break from studying for the NCLEX (RN licensing exam) to share a project with you all. I've been busy studying and didn't have time to make something new, so I decided to share something I created a while back. As I said before, I may have had longer periods in between posts, but I was still creating!!  So here is a Z fold card that I made for my Mother in Laws birthday, but never posted it.

These cards are super simple to make like a regular A2 card, but they just give it a different touch! To make them you start with an 8.5x11 piece of cardstock and lay it on your table so it is 11" wide (horizontally). On one side you measure the high end at 5 1/2", on the other you mark the low end at 3 1/4".  Line these 2 marks up on your paper trimmer (paper will be at an odd angle) and cut the cardstock so it looks slanted! Next you just score and fold at 3 5/8" and 7 1/4". Super simple!!

Patterened paper sizes you will need:
(1) 3 1/4 x 3 1/4
(2) 3 1/4 x 4
(1) 3 1/4 x 4 3/4

The imagine on the front was cut from Lacy Labels at, I believe, 2 1/2". The stamp is from a My Pink Stamper stamp set!

Also, my sister just started a blog of her own! Check her out at Crafty Panda

Have a great day! It's back to the books for me!
